據道瓊斯5月23日消息，俄氣和意大利埃尼公司周五同意修訂雙方簽署的天然氣供應協議條款。

埃尼在新聞公告中稱，這份在俄羅斯簽署的協議將通過改變價格指數降低埃尼公司支付的價格，從而與市場價格保持一致。條款應用將追溯至今年初開始執行。

埃尼正在就所有的長期天然氣供應合同進行重新談判，今年已經與挪國油達成一項協議。

北美天然氣供應的大幅增加以及歐洲經濟疲軟導致的需求下降已經降低了現貨市場的價格，但是埃尼和其他公司被迫按長期合同的要求高價從它們的供應商中購買天然氣。

Gazprom, Eni Agree to Revise Terms of Gas-Supply Deal

Gazprom and Eni SpA agreed Friday to revise the terms of the agreement by which the Russian behemoth supplies gas to Italy's largest energy company by market value.

The agreement, signed in Russia, reduces the price Eni pays by changing the price indexation to bring it in line with market prices, Eni said in a news release. The terms apply retroactively to the beginning of this year.

Eni is in the process of renegotiation all its long-term gas supply contracts and this year reached an agreement with Norway's Statoil ASA.
